Groups fail on two things: a bursar at one campus who can see another's fees, and a proprietor who has to call five heads to know how collection is going. The answer is strict separation of each school's data with one owner account that can switch between them.
Payroll is where this pays off. Each campus runs its own pay run with its own approver, and the owner sees total payroll cost by campus without opening a spreadsheet.

Pricing
Safeticha is priced per school, not per module. Payroll, fees, invoicing, receipts, report cards, attendance, CBT exams and safeguarding are all part of the same school plan, which is tiered by pupil count and starts at ₦37,500 a month.
New schools get a 10-day onboarding period and a further 30 days of use before the first charge, so the first bill lands on day 40. Billing is monthly from the school wallet with no lock-in contract.

No. Access is per school. Only accounts the owner adds to a campus can see it.
Pay runs are per campus, with their own approvals and bank files, which keeps each school's accounts clean. The owner sees the combined cost.
