Invoices and receipts
Fee invoicing software prepares an invoice for every pupil billed on a fee structure and emails it to the guardian as a PDF. Receipt software issues a numbered receipt for each payment. On Safeticha both are generated from the live fee record, so the figures always match what the bursar sees, and both can be previewed before they are sent.

Definition
An invoice tells a guardian what is owed for a term, item by item, with the balance and the due date. A receipt confirms a single payment and shows the balance as it stood at that moment. Both are legal records for the school and for the parent, so both must be right before they leave the building.
That is why Safeticha shows the bursar exactly who will receive invoices, lets them open the actual PDF for any of them, and only sends on an explicit click. Receipts work the same way: preview, then send, with a record of when it was emailed.
What you get
01
Choose the fee structure and the target. Safeticha lists every recipient with their email and balance, flags anyone without an email, and sends in the background.
02
Pick classic, modern or minimal in Settings, set the school's primary colour, and every invoice and receipt carries it with your logo.
03
Before sending, open the invoice for any pupil in the list. It is the same file the guardian will receive, down to the balance.
04
Each payment, whether paid in the app or recorded by the bursar, gets a receipt numbered SAF-RCP-000001 onwards with the balance after that payment frozen in.
05
From the payments list, preview the receipt and email it to the guardian. The list shows when each receipt was sent, and sending again is explicit.
06
When the bursar records a cash or transfer payment, the receipt preview opens immediately with a send button, so the parent has it before they leave.
07
Guardians can download every receipt from the Safeticha Parent app, with no request to the office.
08
When a fee is settled, the final receipt lists every payment that led there and is stamped paid in full.
09
Invoices and receipts show the waiver line and the payable amount, so a discounted parent is never confused by the full fee.
How it works
Open the published fee structure and choose a whole class, one pupil or one guardian.
Safeticha shows who will get an invoice, their email and balance, and anyone it will have to skip.
Open the PDF for any recipient. If the template or colour is not right, change it in Settings and come back.
Invoices are emailed in the background with the PDF attached. A guardian with three children billed gets three invoices.

Pricing
Safeticha is priced per school, not per module. Payroll, fees, invoicing, receipts, report cards, attendance, CBT exams and safeguarding are all part of the same school plan, which is tiered by pupil count and starts at ₦37,500 a month.
New schools get a 10-day onboarding period and a further 30 days of use before the first charge, so the first bill lands on day 40. Billing is monthly from the school wallet with no lock-in contract.

FAQ
Yes. After choosing the class, pupil or guardian, the send dialog lists every recipient and has a preview button that opens the exact PDF for any of them. Nothing is sent until you click send.
Every payment generates a receipt immediately and the parent is notified in the app. Emailing the receipt PDF to the guardian is a one-click action from the payments list, so the bursar can check it first.
Yes. Settings offers three templates and a primary colour. The colour is used on both invoices and receipts.
The recipient list flags them, the invoice is skipped and counted, and you can print the preview for them instead.
Receipts are computer generated with a unique number, the school's name, the payment reference and the date, and state that they are valid without a signature. Schools that need a stamped copy can print the PDF.
