School fees
School fees management software records what every pupil owes for each term, collects payments online and at the school, keeps each balance current, and tells parents and the bursar where things stand. Safeticha does this inside the same platform as attendance and results, so a fee balance and a report card come from one record.

Definition
A fee structure is the list of what a class pays in a term: tuition, books, bus, lunch, with optional items a parent can opt into. Publishing a structure creates a fee record for every pupil in those classes. From then on every payment, waiver and reminder lives on that record.
Collection is the hard part. Parents pay in pieces, by transfer with no reference, in cash at the gate, and sometimes late. Fees management software is judged on how well it reconciles all of that without the bursar re-typing it.
What you get
01
Build the structure once per term with required and optional items, assign it to classes, and publish. Every pupil gets a record automatically, including pupils enrolled later.
02
Guardians see each child's balance in the Safeticha Parent app and pay any amount by card or bank transfer through Paystack. The record updates the moment Paystack confirms.
03
Cash, POS, cheque and transfer payments are recorded by the bursar with a reference and an optional teller image, and show up on the parent's side too.
04
PDF invoices in your school's template and colour, emailed to guardians after a preview. Every payment gets a numbered receipt that can be previewed and emailed.
05
Nudges go out as due dates approach and when a balance crosses thresholds, by email and push, with analytics on what was sent and what got paid.
06
Apply a waiver with a reason to any record. Balances, reports and receipts all respect it.
07
Parents who need to spread a term's fees can apply for financing through Edubanc's EdPay from inside Safeticha. The school is paid in full when a loan is disbursed.
08
Collected, outstanding and overdue by class, trends by week, and a CSV export for the auditor.
09
Parents download any receipt from the app at any time, so the bursar stops reprinting them.
How it works
Set the items and amounts for each class and publish. Pupils are billed automatically and guardians are notified.
Pick a class, a pupil or a guardian, see exactly who will receive an invoice, preview the PDF, and send.
Parents pay in the app; the bursar records cash and transfers. Every payment produces a receipt and moves the balance.
Reminders go out on schedule. Overdue balances are flagged on the dashboard and in the class list.

Pricing
Safeticha is priced per school, not per module. Payroll, fees, invoicing, receipts, report cards, attendance, CBT exams and safeguarding are all part of the same school plan, which is tiered by pupil count and starts at ₦37,500 a month.
New schools get a 10-day onboarding period and a further 30 days of use before the first charge, so the first bill lands on day 40. Billing is monthly from the school wallet with no lock-in contract.
