For international schools

School management system for international and British curriculum schools

International and British curriculum schools in Nigeria need a system that speaks key stages and EYFS, treats safeguarding as a statutory function rather than a feature, and copes with families who arrive and leave mid-year. Safeticha was designed with those schools in view, down to the designated safeguarding lead dashboard.

Definition

Why safeguarding is the deciding factor

Accreditation bodies and inspection frameworks expect a documented safeguarding process: concerns logged with time and author, escalation to a designated lead, actions recorded, and a record that survives staff turnover. A paper file in a locked cabinet does not meet that bar.

Safeticha's safeguarding module gives every staff member a way to log a concern in seconds, scores risk, keeps a timeline per child, and gives the designated lead a single dashboard. It is the only such module among Nigerian school platforms.

How it works

Getting started

  1. 1

    Import what you have

Pupils, guardians, staff and classes from spreadsheets or scanned forms, with AI doing the typing.

  2. 2

Publish the term's fees and timetable

Fee structures per class, the timetable, and attendance sessions, in an afternoon.

  3. 3

    Invite parents and staff

Guardians get the Parent app invite by email; teachers get the school app. Both are free to them.

  4. 4

    Run the term

Attendance, results, fees, payroll and report cards from one place, with 40 days before the first charge.

Pricing

What it costs

Safeticha is priced per school, not per module. Payroll, fees, invoicing, receipts, report cards, attendance, CBT exams and safeguarding are all part of the same school plan, which is tiered by pupil count and starts at ₦37,500 a month.

New schools get a 10-day onboarding period and a further 30 days of use before the first charge, so the first bill lands on day 40. Billing is monthly from the school wallet with no lock-in contract.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Safeticha follow the British curriculum structure?

Classes, subjects and resources can be organised by key stage and EYFS age groups. Assessment weighting is set by the school, so a GCSE-style or IGCSE-style scheme is straightforward.

Is the safeguarding module aligned to any standard?

It follows the designated safeguarding lead model used in UK schools: concern logging, escalation, actions and a case timeline per child, with a dashboard for the lead.

Can we export records when a family leaves?

Yes. Report cards, receipts and attendance records are available as PDFs and CSV exports.
