Schools in Ibadan
Ibadan has many large, long-established schools, including mission and group schools, where enrolment is high and fees are modest. A school management system there has to be priced for the whole school rather than per pupil, stop fee leakage at the gate, and run payroll for a big staff. Safeticha's flat per-school plan is built for that.

Definition
When fees are collected in cash across several offices, leakage is the quiet cost. Safeticha records every payment against the pupil with a numbered receipt and a reference, so the figure on the dashboard is the figure in the bank.
For a staff of 80, payroll by spreadsheet is a week of the bursar's month. A Safeticha pay run computes, pro-rates and produces payslips and the bank file in an afternoon, with the 2026 tax rules applied.

Pricing
Safeticha is priced per school, not per module. Payroll, fees, invoicing, receipts, report cards, attendance, CBT exams and safeguarding are all part of the same school plan, which is tiered by pupil count and starts at ₦37,500 a month.
New schools get a 10-day onboarding period and a further 30 days of use before the first charge, so the first bill lands on day 40. Billing is monthly from the school wallet with no lock-in contract.
